Policies at Heather Hill Inn:

Check-In is from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM (unless prior agreed upon arrangements have been made with the Innkeeper.)

We will provide those guest who have given prior notice of after hour check in with specific instructions and directions to locating their room.

Check out is by 11:00 AM.

Room Occupancy: Room occupancy is for two quests only. However, prearrangements can be made for an additional guest at $35.00 per nights stay.

Breakfast is offered at 9:00 am. We ask that you inform us of any food allergies prior to your stay.

Quiet Hours: From 10:00 pm – 8:00 am

Smoking: Heather Hill Inn is a non-smoking facility.

Taxes: A 6% State sales tax and a 5% County Hotel/Bed & Breakfast tax will be included in your total bill.

Room rates: Room rates vary depending on selected room.

Smoking is prohibited.

Pets: Due to the risk of pet allergens to others & other guest concerns pets are not permitted.

Payment: A 50% room deposit is required at the time of the reservation. No reservation will be held without a deposit.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payments: We accept PayPal, Square, Visa, Master Card, & cash.

Damages: We reserve the right for reimbursement of incurred property damages.


Heather Hill Inn is housed in an historic 1800s farm house and, as such, lacks many of the ADA accommodations of a modern hotel. For this reason, travelers requiring elevators or accessible bathrooms may not be able to stay at the Inn. Please contact us with specific questions and we will do our best to be welcoming to those we can.
