I have never written a review! But if you are looking for a wonderful, tucked away farm book a night at Heather Hill. The library room was so cozy with its impressive ceiling-high book shelf. We played board games and sipped Guinness after a night out in nearby Harmony Inn. The highland cows were a shaggy delight! The breakfast was delicious and the owners are both friendly and not imposing. We stayed in winter and cannot wait to come again in warmer months. Also, the jacuzzi tub is a great bonus!

What an absolute treat this place was. Best part of our whole road trip to be honest. Extremely relaxing, was made to feel like home, beautiful and well cared for animals. Will 100% return if in the area again.

Tucked among the hills, Heather Hill Inn & Farms was the perfect retreat for our family reunion. Large common rooms, walls of books for a cozy read, quiet walks through the woods, and beautiful rooms. The children were enchanted by the farm animals. Steve and Julie went above and beyond as hosts. One of our group had dietary issues, and Steve and Julie went out of their way to provide meals for them. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful venue!!!! So warm, cozy, quaint, dainty, rustic and more! Hosted a bridal shower there recently and Julie @ Heather Hill Inn went above and beyond in so many ways!!!! I could not have chosen a better venue! My daughter said it was her "dream bridal shower"! So many people were asking how I found this Inn and loved it!!!! Would love to have more special occasions hosted here.

We stayed two nights 7/19/23 to 7/21/23 in the beautiful countryside of Butler .. Steve was a fantastic host and cook ..The bed and the breakfast were wonderful! … We felt like we left a friend behind after checking out .. Sorry we didn’t meet Julie as she was out of town on our visit .. We will definitely try to stay again if we pass through again. John & Jean.

We would definitely recommend this lovely B&BGreat room great breakfast, screened in porches to relax on. Wonderful trail to take a walk on. They made you feel right at home 🏡

Heather Hill is a lovely location in rural Pennsylvania. We were commuting to participate in the National Senior Games in Pittsburgh, but the drive was doable, and the combination of some city and some country was restorative. Julie and Steve made us feel like family. They helped with whatever we needed: restaurant recommendations, welcome bottled water in the in-room fridge, very early morning coffee the morning we sadly had to leave. The delicious breakfasts were provided by chef extraordinaire Steve: a different menu every morning, beginning with a fresh fruit cup. All I needed to mention was that I’m not a coffee drinker and instead occasionally have hot chocolate — and a steaming, marshmallow-topped cup appeared at my place every morning! Julie and Steve’s attention to detail is impeccable, as are the accommodations. If you’re anywhere in the Pittsburgh area, you should stay at Heather Hill!Karen and Sandy Kish

We had our daughters wedding at Heather Hill Inn. Steve and Julie were great hosts and very accommodating. The hall was beautiful for the reception and the lawn in front of the pine trees was shady enough at 1pm to keep our guest from being too hot in the sun. My family and I highly recommend this venue and will use it again for any other celebrations we have in the future.

Julie and Steve were wonderful hosts ay their quaint and we'll manicured grounds. The courtyard was perfect for spending some time outside, and maybe even playing some bocci ball. Thank you for hosting us, and I look forward to any possibilities of coming back to bartend for you again in The future. Cheers!

The venue was excellent for a baby shower - 50 people! The owners were very kind, accommodating, flexible and always followed up in a timely manner! Pricing was reasonable as we did our homework prior to reserving (comparing other venues). We would definitely utilize the space for future events! Tons of character (warm vibe with all the lights). 5 of 5 STARS!!!!

We spent 11 amazing nights at Heather Hill Inn with our family and it was just what God knew we needed. Julie, Steve and Naomi made us feel like we were a part of their family. We were truly spoiled! Walking the farm at night was so relaxing, especially the evening we saw 30 deer and thousands of Fireflies! We arrived as guests and left friends.

The Heather Hill Inn is a very special place. Our seven family members more than enjoyed eleven nights experiencing the beautiful scenery and sounds. Honestly, the hosts Julie and Steve, along with Naomi, are such magnificent people that we would have loved our stay even if the place were a shack.

My husband and I found this little gem only 20 min from our house...it feels like an eternity away, tucked in woods and farmland...Perfect to get away for a night or weekend. We love athe atmosphere and the hosts...It's clean, and quiet and the breakfast was wonderful ❤️We will be back😁.Holly and Dennis

Where to start?... this place is one of a kind, we definitely had the most welcoming, beautiful, comfortable and perfect stay here.The host Steve really knows how to make anyone feel special, he was nothing but accommodating and super nice the whole time, he really goes above and beyond for everyone!We were looking for a private, quiet place that was beautiful and cozy for us to elope, we had very little time to work with and with no hesitations they allowed us to have our wedding ceremony in their living room, with the Pennsylvania woods as our backdrop and the comfort of their place.After that we spent the night in their main room, the room is gorgeous and it has everything you need and more from a hot tub with jets and a spa set up within the room to spacious bathroom and THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED IN THE WORLD!!!Breakfast was super nice and delicious, he cook everything fresh and for someone as picky as I am with food I can tell you that it was just a fantastic breakfast, the smell of bacon woked us up!!! We had everything we wanted and needed and the fact that he allowed us to have our ceremony there so out of the blue was the highlight of our stay.The whole place is beautiful and you won't regret staying with them, we wish them the best and we just can't wait to go back soon!

We spent dec 28 through jan 2. We had an amazing time and Steve and julie were very accommodating. The inn is beautiful and close to family for us, the weather was a little rainy but there was plenty to do inside. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas and new year

I recently has the pleasure of staying at the Heather Hill Inn fromDec.2020-Feburary 2021. The atmosphere was clean, cozy and quiet.Steve&Julie were the owners who accommodated everything I needed. In the morning I would hear the sound of the chickens and the rooster crowing, which I loved.Although it was winter during my stay I can just imagine how pretty it is out there on the farm during the spring and summer. Steve the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met .So kind, so accommodating and not just in the little things. Great people, great place!

A hidden gem! Heather Hill Inn was a perfect country getaway for our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Julie and Steve and Naomi showed us such great hospitality. We stayed in the Serenity room. What a beautiful room! It had a Jacuzzi tub as well as a private bath. This Bed and breakfast has a wonderful wrap around porch. Such a great place to sit and relax. Our breakfast here far exceeded any breakfast you could ever find at a hotel. Made fresh with care and served with smiles. We were also encouraged to take a walk outdoors on the their large farm. If you enjoy the country and a relaxed atmosphere this is the place for you!They also have a beautiful country wedding venue . Perfect for a small indoor wedding or larger outdoor wedding.

My sister-in-law had her wedding here and we stayed the whole weekend in the bed and breakfast and the house was absolutely adorable. We had the sea themed room downstairs and it was super cute. The couches were so comfortable! It was such a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious too! The venue for the wedding was so gorgeous- they had so many beautiful decorations and the building itself was so cute. I loved it. The owners, Julie and Steve, were so kind and accommodating and extremely helpful. I’m so grateful we had such a lovely time for her wedding weekend!
